Promotional Credits Terms & Conditions

1. These terms and conditions are the Lottery Rules for those who wish to qualify for free credits. By entering the lottery, entrants agree to be bound by these rules. For full terms and conditions on how the lottery works please click here.

2. This lottery is being promoted by and on behalf of St Gemma’s & Wheatfield’s Lottery.

3. For the purpose of the Gambling Act 2005, this lottery is defined as a ‘Society Lottery’.

4. This lottery is licensed by The Gambling Commission.

5. To enter the lottery, you must be a UK resident aged 16 (sixteen) or over.

6. All members must be registered by Name and Address. Nom-de-plumes will not be accepted.

7. All tickets shall be priced at £1.00.

8. Credits which are classed as free and are given to members as an incentive, have in fact been purchased by a third party and are being given to entrants as an incentive to join.

9. To qualify for free lottery credits a minimum payment of £10 must be made or a standing order for £13 every quarter. This standing order can be cancelled at anytime after the first payment is made.

10. Smaller payments can be made in multiples of £1.00 however this will not entitle the player to free credits.

11. There are a limited amount of free credits available. Free credits will be issued on a first come first served basis. When all free credits have been given away, the free credit promotion will cease. Entrants joining after this time will not be entitled to free credits.

12. The lottery reserves the right to cease the free credit giveaway at anytime.

13. Promotional credits are non transferable and may be required to be on a separate lottery number which will be set up and cancelled by the lottery team when the credits have been used.
